The guys were there for an hour and did extra work which was kindly included in the day rate (removing some old batt and a couple of pieces of dry wall). They were very courteous and very neat, they cleaned up after the work and I was very pleased. I recommend!"

"I thought he did a good job explaining what he did do but very disappointed they didn't explain that you had to pay a lot extra money to actually find out what kind of mold if any you had. The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do."

They were reasonable in the cost proposal. They went up in price when they realized that some of our vents were wider than normal so materials would cost more. We knew this ahead of time. We had reached our limit for the expense but agreed to the new figures. They were prompt, experienced, and the work was done quickly and neatly. We were left with a copy of their NYS certificate for being certified to do this work, a letter in writing of what they did and when. They and we signed it. If we ever sell the house we were told these papers may be used to show that we did take care of the asbestos in our house in a very responsible way. There should be no problems from real estate people or perspective buyers. That was comforting."

"WOW! SO HAPPY I went with YAEGER!! From the initial phone call to the completion of the job I was informed of every step that would be taken, the cost, the time it would take, their guarantee, I was shown before and after pictures, given the opportunity to ask questions every step of the way and have them answered in a timely and understandable way. When I called I thought I had a small, isolated mold problem. Rob came in and did a thorough inspection of my home. I was shocked to find out how extensive the mold problem was through my home, and extremely concerned because of the health issues we had all been having in recent years that were getting worse. Rob was professional and reassurring. This information prompted many questions from me. He identified and explained the types of mold that he found, where he found them, what causes them, estimated the amount of time it had been there, explained what specific procedures they would do to remediate/kill/remove it and prevent future problems as well as guarantee his work.
