Before their service, there was a high reading of mold, but by the end, the mold readings were at zero. They were professional and explained their work thoroughly, and they even had to deal with the extreme heat caused by my poorly insulated attic (which was fixed after the mold was treated). On the next day, Sean and another associate came to clean the ducts in our house. They went throughout the house removing the vent covers and cleaned them while cleaning the entire ductwork of the house. Again, Bactronix was professional from dealing with Paul and Chris to schedule the duct cleaning to Bill who helped schedule the mold treatment.
