They collected air samples from the damaged area, other floors in our home and outside of our home and sent them to an independent lab for analysis. They quickly provided an estimate. They showed up to work on time with quality friendly workers who explained what they were doing. They sealed off the mold contaminated area, installed 4 large air wash units, cleaned all items in that area, built a clean room and moved the cleaned items into it. They sealed off and demolished the damaged area, removed materials(drywall, insulation) in a controlled fashion, decontaminated and treated all structure that could remain. They reconstructed everything and retested the environment when they were done. They have many certifications and I cannot image the job could not have been more thorough."
