"Plain and simple, go with Rick and 1st Rate Construction. As a homeowner, I HAVE struggled to find companies where the person that quotes the work, is the person that does the work. Rick is the owner-operator of his company and will be your point of contact/work the job. He removed lead paint windows and soffit/fascia for me, and some asbestos ductwork. All great work. Thanks Rick !"

"Mile was very nice, and seemed to care about my mold issue. He was very quick to get the job completed. I would highly recommend his company."

"Rich was amazing to work with! Dealing with mold can be stressful, but he made the whole process so much easier. His pricing was very fair, and you can tell he really knows what he’s doing. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and made sure we felt comfortable with each step. We’re so happy with how everything turned out and would absolutely recommend him to anyone!"

"Overall service was good. They were prompt, responsive and professional. However, the price seemed a bit high for what was delivered. I still didn't know where the mold toxin issue stemmed from. I was instructed to hire a restoration company. The company I called wanted to do there own mold test before addressing an issue."

"I had an odd smell in my bedroom and was getting headaches when i woke up in the morning. Lamar was amazing, I felt comfortable the moment I met him. Felt like I was talking to a family member who was helping me through a tough time. He took the time to locate a small leak behind the wall it was causing mold in my bedroom. Would recommend him and his company everytime!!!"

"Highly recommend Glenn and his company! We had a flooding issue in our home that he was able to handle quickly and efficiently! He even handled all the insurance claim which relieved so much stress! As a busy professional this was not something I could manage on my own.
