"The services rendered we're actually better than expected. We called because the basement was flooded and had standing water for a period of time and we suspected mold had started to build. Max (the owner/team leader) came out, inspected the basement and reported his findings to us, which ended up being worse than we had anticipated (mold and ASBESTOS). He explained how his crew would rid us of the situation and we agreed. The team was able to start the four day project two days earlier than expected and instead of a four day project they completed the work in two days. They did an amazing job! The basement is now dry, mold and asbestos free! It look like a brand new basement. They had the dumpster brought in and threw out the furniture etc that was in the basement and left no debris behind. When asked if we would use their services again, that would be an absolute YES! We are already making plans to make more changes to the home and Environmental Service Corp is at the top of our calling list. I recommend you give them a call for big or small jobs. They are awesome! I rate them 10 out of 10."

"David, at Gardner Environmental Services, professionally performed numerous air sample tests inside our home due to a minor smelling of mold in one spot.Fortunately, his lab resource came back with negative results on each location sample David tested. David was reassuring and pleasant to work with. I would recommend his company, to anyone."

"Hi all! Matt is EXCELLENT!!!! Matt meticulously walked through 3,740 sf of a home I'm looking to buy as well as the garage and roof and fine tooth inspected the house for us. Matt was VERY THOROUGH! I was left with nothing but confidence after the inspection. My husband and I were well educated on the heating units in the home, what we could expect, when we could expect things to go bad. It was a great experience! Matt provided great advice on how to proceed with a few of the minor situations in the inspection. We def experienced a WOW-factor with Matt's service. I could praise him all day. If you need your home inspected - call Matt!!!! His services far exceeds his pricing."

"Efrain was fantastic. Had water damage, mold in drywall, asbestos tile under soaked carpet, damaged fixtures in bathroom. He repaired it all and it looks great. He is very organized, kept neat and clean work areas, promptly removed damaged material, was very patient with me and my many questions and the completed work looks great."

"Fantastic! Highly recommended Tony and the team. Had a home inspection uncover basement "mold" issue. Had quote which seemed very high and included work that seemed unnecessary from another vendor for ~$3K. Healthy Home came out and quickly concluded there was NO mold but did offer to do a test for $250-$300 that would confirm this (if needed) or for peace of mind. They admitted the test would confirm what they were saying- mold was not present on the fiberglass insulation under the plastic. it was simply dirt and replacing the dirty insulation would take care of the black appearance. There was no danger and no mold. TONY you are fantastic, honest and dependable and you saved a senior citizen from spending $3K unnecessarily. It's great to see there are still dependable honest vendors out there! Call them for a FAIR and HONEST bid on your work."

"David called me shortly after I posted my service request with Angi and he made an appointment for the same day. He quickly understood my possible mold problem and conducted a thorough test. Meanwhile he told me what equipment to purchase in order monitor the moisture on the wood floor following the repair of the water leak. He send me the test results in 2 business days. Besides all that David is very personable and is available for follow-up questions."
