Awesome personality he also had a second guy with him. He explained the issue and what it would take to resolve it. He also recommended mold and asbestos testing. "I thought he did a good job explaining what he did do but very disappointed they didn't explain that you had to pay a lot extra money to actually find out what kind of mold if any you had. The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do."

He took measurements to determine the extent of remediation necessary & was able to give me an estimate with the qualifications that there could be hidden issues, that could increase the cost. I agreed to the amount & an appointment was set up for the next day. Jeremy and David showed up right on time. They were courteous and professional. He spent 2.5 hours working, testing air, taking samples and answering my questions. He listened to me. He was so compassionate about what I have been going through for the past couple years. I was asking allot of questions and he was not rushing me, to just get in and get out. I really needed to understand and clarify lot's of things. Spencer was that clarity I have been looking for.
