"Tony did a great job assessing the mold risk with a townhouse we were in the process of buying. He recommended testing 5 different areas, and we are glad he did. He found issues with not just the crawl space but also the living room above the crawl space. Tony also will be doing the remediation work for us. Tony knew that a comprehensive evaluation was important to us because of the health issue of two of our family members, and he responded accordingly."

"Very pleased with the prompt response I received from getting an appointment to completion of the work. Customer service is top notch and work was high quality. Definitely would recommend RMS."

"Everything went very well. During the initial inspection, Mr. Torres explained everything that would need to be done and the process of discovering all the contaminated areas and how they would be treated to eliminate the mold and preventing it from returning. A reasonable estimate of cost to perform the work was presented and accepted. Mr. Torres was very explicit as to what would be done and what would not be done. He was always very polite and true to his word. A time was scheduled to do the work which was accomplished very efficiently in one day. While the work was in progress, Mr. Torres kept us advised at each stage and invited us to inspect the work in progress. We are very pleased and intend to hire him again for follow up remedial work."

"Pete came out to look at our mold situation and determined that it was more related to lack of air circulation around an area of bare concrete than to actual moisture incursion. He spent almost an hour looking into the areas that could be suspicious and did not find problems other than the area that we first noticed mold. The odor we are experiencing is more likely related to a varmint intrusion that was rectified earlier. Great suggestions to cure odor and absolutely no pressure. A “breath of fresh air” in the service business. I would definitely call him again. You should too."

"Our town of approximately 1800 had a FEMA designated disaster flood. Ben and helper showed up right on time. Long drive to get here. All local mold businesses very busy. Both were very pleasant and knowledgeable. Went right to work. Took pictures that were sent to me—which are needed to turn in to FEMA for disaster relief aid. Drained the ductwork of the flood water, which will make it much easier on the HVAC fellow who is going to replace the ductwork. Put down a vapor barrier. Sprayed mold/mildew killer that is not harmful to humans…and has a very pleasant smell. Guaranteed for 5 years. I was very impressed. I hope to never have another flood, but if we do and I need the mold removed, I’m calling these guys again!"

"The owner, Ben White, was personable, professional, knowledgable, and gave us plenty of information as he was going about his testing. He also answered all of our questions."

"Did great job!! Customer service excellent!"

"Devin Sherlock is who came to my home to test and inspect for mold in my duct work. He was super friendly, was very knowledgeable about the issues I've been having and walked me through the whole process and what to expect. Couldn't have been happier!!!"

"First I would like to thank all the people that did reviews for Mold Men Indy. It made my resolution of this project much easier. We had mold in our wall, floor & crawl space. Terry did an outstanding job removing the mold & making further recommendations. He is easy to work with & I have hired him to do additional repairs. I have a doctor that specializes in Autism & I passed his name to her because many of her patients suffer from toxic poisoning."

"We were glad that Ricky is in charge of our water and mold remediation! He is professional and goes out of his way to help us! He was always there even after hours to come out and help us fix the problems. Him and his team did great! I would recommend him to anyone. He has a great work ethic, and very reliable! He communicated very well and made everything stress free for us! Great job."
