While we've not yet received the report, the owner was extremely professional and took time to hear the details of what happened and to talk us through his decision-making about where to test and why in our large basement with many rooms. Because it is important to have a different company do the testing from who does the remediation work, it was important that we use someone who would not seek to impede on our remediation contractor's responsibilities in the project.
