"From the first day we started dealing with Tamir and the team at Pure Restoration we knew we were going to have a good experience - because he LISTENED. Issues were discussed and laid out before they became actual problems and Tamir's experience helped us to avoid many simple mistakes that are often made by homeowners. All of the work was done professionally. Permits were pulled and inspections were passed. Tamir communicated all of our needs to his subcontractors and our insurance company, and all of the crew working in our home were responsible and had very positive attitudes. Tamir also communicated his needs (code issues, etc.) to us. Throughout the job we all collaborated with a designer whose ideas were embraced by Tamir and his team (which is pretty rare). Progress was made on the job every day - and the workplace was kept clean and protected. We have already referred Tamir to our friends, and, based on having just passed our last inspection, we will continue to do so. Our house looks great and we are very happy."

"I took up engineered wood flooring with mold. My walls, removed baseboards areas, and air, all test positive with viable mold tests. There was no way I could install my new floor without the help of Pure Maintenance of Orange County. I highly recommend this professional company on many fronts. This pure maintenance technology beats wet fogging hands down! Do your own research. My independent lab air test at the end of the job came back, zero mold on all the different species tested. This 2 step processed, coating everything in such a way that any outdoor mold or left over construction dust under my baseboards is coated so mold can't regrow. This company was so professional and accommodating to my construction mishaps, it was truly a pleasure to have found this company. BTW: I took the time to check out the other person's rating story and found it unreliable and made my decision to use this company. Thank God. I now know, how honest, and thorough, and knowledgeable of the mold industry, Lange who did the job, was. I can't express the level of relief I free because I know my home is mold free to move back into and live my life. Thank you Lange!"

"Robert was so professional. He made sure that I was informed every step of the way. Everyone who came into my home was nice and did their job with the utmost respect to my home. I would highly recommend Elements Restoration for any mold problem."

"Noah was very helpful and understanding. I've never had an emergency issue like this, so it was nice to be reassured that they were going to handle it. They worked with me and answered all of my questions and concerns. I'm very happy with the work that was done."

"Reason for 4.5 instead of 5 is that Salvador said that the written report would be ready in 24 - 36 hours, but it took 72 hours instead. If he had said that the report would take three days at the time the service was scheduled, I would have given him five stars."

"Did mold testing services for an apartment building."

"Great price for the competition. Wrecked the ceilings, but since the law requires a separate company for asbestos you get screwed. If the person removing it was also the person repairing it I am sure it would go much better."

"The man who called me was able to help me just by having me text him some pictures of the area that I suspect might have some mold. After looking at the photos he told me the problem could be fixed easily with an over the counter cleaner from Home Depot. Very helpful and honest."

"Our carpet was filthy, 5 kids under age 8 so imagine. Robert and his partner cleaned the carpets and they looked so clean and smelled so fresh! They were very friendly and professional! Definitely recommend them and we will call again for future services!"

"We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Marvin. He was professional, knowledgeable and honest. He was a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend him."
