They left the HEPA filter an additional 2 weeks with no charge to clean asbestos and solvent odor. 6 months later we were concerned about odors and John suggested carbon filters for the furnace which did the trick. 8 months later we were concerned about dry throat in the basement bedroom and John retested free of charge. We’re extremely satisfied with level of service and can’t recommend enough. They also abate asbestos in schools which have even more stringent requirements and pass independent testing."

The kit is non-refundable and sold by a separate company. They do not tell you that. They transfer you to who you think is another employee to advise about remediation and they are actually transferring you to a completely different company. I was very disappointed when I learned all that. That company does not send out an itemized list of what you paid for unless you ask for it. It has been four days and after spending close to two thousand dollars I have yet to know what I bought."
