"Bob Hoeveler of REEACT contacted me within 24 hours of my intitial call to him. He comprehensively and clearly explained the steps of first testing my basement floor for asbestos and what the next steps would entail if abatement proved necessary. Bob also followed up with emails detailing the process as well as photos of what asbestos removal would look like. Once the lab returned with a positive for asbestos, Bob then offered 2 options with the costs for each plus the time it would take to do the job. Bob was very easy to work with, open to answering any questions or concerns I had. I knew I could trust him to get the job done. He is a licensed Pennsylvania Asbestos Inspector and showed me his credentials when he arrived at my home. On the day of the abatement, Bob and his crew arrived on time, set up protective barriers in the basement and delivered on the job as promised. I would definitely recommend Bob if you have asbestos or mold issues."
