I e-mail the company thru the BBB and Wess replied to my need for an estimate on a Mitigation System by email but also suggested a visual inspection for an accurate quote, which I agreed to. He was very clean, professional, knowledgeable and arrived on time. He gave me a quote which I felt was within industry standards and let me know that because I was an Angie's List member I could get an additional discount. We went with this company because the more I researched, this company seemed to have the best reputation for professionalism, knowledge,quality of the system they use and the quality of the crews that are inside your home. His crew showed up on time, clean, professional with all the equipment they needed to perform the job. They walked me thru exactly what they were going to do and what they needed to know. When we were all on the same page, they went to work which they completed in a timely manner. They cleaned up everything and then we did a walk thru where they explained exactly what they did and how the system worked. They set up a monitoring system which they will pick back up in about a week and hopefully our levels will be where we all want them. They made the whole process affordable, easy and painless. Our neighbor who is handy and does everything himself was so impressed that he will probably use them as well."

"I thought he did a good job explaining what he did do but very disappointed they didn't explain that you had to pay a lot extra money to actually find out what kind of mold if any you had. The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do."
