"Robert was excellent to work with from the beginning. He responded immediately to my request for a quote. Like, nearly 90 seconds after I submitted a form online. I wanted to pay for duct cleaning for my parents as a Christmas gift and Robert coordinated everything with me so that my parents never saw the bill. He explained step-by-step what to expect and provided an estimate on how long it would take. He had a flat rate so there were zero surprises when I receive the invoice. Between my interaction with him and my parents' experience with him, it was worth every penny. My parents said the house smells fresher and there is a noticeable decrease in the amount of dust they can see on the furniture. He used a sanitizer solution to get rid of any mold (which there was mold) that was in the vents once they had been blown out.
