Get matched with top mold and asbestos pros in Penrose, CO

"Did you know mildew is the gas given off from mold?? Joe offered great advice about the growth of mildew into mold, and my landlord's responsibility to remove it. I feel that he is knowledgable and would perform a thorough inspection. Based on my present economics and quotes from 2 other firms, and not to discount Mold Testing CO at all, I decided on another company. Joe at Mold Testing CO is definitely my second choice."

"I highly recommend Rob and his team! He was super knowledgeable on how to properly remove toxic mold, and he explained everything thoroughly throughout the entire time working with him."

"Fantastic. Took us from levels around 7 down to 1. Very professional. They even paint the exterior pipe so that it blends in with the house. The technician was very picky about even this paint job looking good. Best part is the guarantee - 10 years that system will maintain levels below 4. This includes warranty on the fan or anything. They were not the least expensive, but most comprehensive to ensure good levels."

"We spoke over the phone and he gave me some recommendations. We decided that I did not need his services after all. Very polite and honest."

"I recieved people from the Mold companny and I am happy with it"

"I recently had my basement remodeled and we discovered asbestos in the drywall that needed to be removed. I called Clean Sweep and a few other contractors for quotes. Matt at Clean Sweep was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions I had regarding the process. He walked me through step by step and gave me and my wife confidence that the job would be done professionally and safely. Matt's team took care of the job ahead of schedule and we were able to complete our remodel in a timely manner. He was also able to recommend some contractors to help with some of the electrical work I needed done. 10/10 experience. I would highly recommend."

"Completely professional, friendly, competent, and timely service for the installation of a new radon mitigation system. I would give these folks 6 stars if I could."
