They came out and inspected the basement (prior to the purchase of the cottage in Westport), gave us a detailed proposal, showed up exactly when they promised, did the work (2.5 days) in a thorough and professional manner, and left the basement in clean condition (as spotless as a basement can be!). Of the three companies replying, Indoor Doctor was able to send a tech out the same day to perform inspections, testing and provide answers to my many questions. The tech was very professional, courteous, etc. Indoor Doctors provided an initial quote of $199 for the visit, which only covers the visit and inspection. They break down the separate fees for each test beyond the $199 inspection. There is a separate charge for each sample test. Mold test and allergen test from the same location are considered two tests and charged accordingly. Their pricing was competitive. Their ability to come out the same day was what sold us on Indoor Doctor."
