"Experience was perfect in working with a professional service. Clear communication each day on arrival times and work being completed. All workers are professional and courteous. Even outlining the cleanup Bill was straight forward and direct about pricing and options for remedies. Made choosing Mold Pros easy. Make this your first call."

"The services rendered we're actually better than expected. We called because the basement was flooded and had standing water for a period of time and we suspected mold had started to build. Max (the owner/team leader) came out, inspected the basement and reported his findings to us, which ended up being worse than we had anticipated (mold and ASBESTOS). He explained how his crew would rid us of the situation and we agreed. The team was able to start the four day project two days earlier than expected and instead of a four day project they completed the work in two days. They did an amazing job! The basement is now dry, mold and asbestos free! It look like a brand new basement. They had the dumpster brought in and threw out the furniture etc that was in the basement and left no debris behind. When asked if we would use their services again, that would be an absolute YES! We are already making plans to make more changes to the home and Environmental Service Corp is at the top of our calling list. I recommend you give them a call for big or small jobs. They are awesome! I rate them 10 out of 10."

"Asbestos mitigation went smoothly. Work consisted of removal of asbestos tiles from roof and pipe wrap in basement."

"I highly recommend hiring Lake County Environmental Services LLC regarding asbestos testing. Robert responded right away to an inquiry sent by e mail regarding a state required asbestos test that I had to have done at my rental house before I could start a flooring project. Robert conducted himself as a professional in every way, contacting me as soon as he received the results of the asbestos test from the lab. Jan Mills 10/5/2022"

"We have a cold room for adhesive storage and had a horrible case of mold due to an incorrect build out. I called these guys and they came out very quickly. They removed all of the mold along with infested ceiling tiles and paint the fell off of the wall during the process. They left the walls looking new again and cleaned their mess. We have not had a mold issue since. I highly recommend these professionals!"

"Robert communicated fully and regularly where he was in the asbestos abatement process. We fully understood the total cost and expected completion time."

"They found mold in an expensive home we were about to purchase. They might have saved us a lot of health and home issues."

"The service that US Waterproofing provided was excellent. Fast and cleaned up after themselves. Great job!"

"I recently had the pleasure of hiring Emmet and Jay for water damage repairs at my home, and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, courteous, and highly competent. They thoroughly assessed the damage, clearly explained the necessary repairs, and provided a detailed timeline and cost estimate. Their work was meticulous and efficient. They managed to restore the affected areas to their original condition, if not better! Throughout the process, Emmet and Jay were communicative, answering all my questions and keeping me informed about their progress. They went above and beyond to ensure minimal disruption to our daily routine. What really stood out was their attention to detail and commitment to quality. They ensured everything was thoroughly dried and treated to prevent mold, and they finished by cleaning up the site better than they found it. I highly recommend Restoration1 of NW Indiana for anyone needing expert water damage repair. Their professionalism and outstanding workmanship have truly made a stressful situation much easier to manage. Thank you, Emmet and Jay, for your exceptional service!"
