They gave us advice to correct the cause and took photos for us to give to carpenter we used to replace the section of the wall with the problem. They said to call back if any problems or concerns. They came out and inspected the basement (prior to the purchase of the cottage in Westport), gave us a detailed proposal, showed up exactly when they promised, did the work (2.5 days) in a thorough and professional manner, and left the basement in clean condition (as spotless as a basement can be!). The crew members were polite and easy to work with, keeping us informed about the status and progress. The owner has been helpful with questions I've had (unrelated to the mold abatement). "I thought he did a good job explaining what he did do but very disappointed they didn't explain that you had to pay a lot extra money to actually find out what kind of mold if any you had. The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do."
