"Plain and simple, go with Rick and 1st Rate Construction. As a homeowner, I HAVE struggled to find companies where the person that quotes the work, is the person that does the work. Rick is the owner-operator of his company and will be your point of contact/work the job. He removed lead paint windows and soffit/fascia for me, and some asbestos ductwork. All great work. Thanks Rick !"

"Pets are effected by Mold also and it effected my old dog. The old dog was coughing but immediately after the mold remediation he no longer coughed."

"Very professional and knowledgeable company. They responded to my call for asbestos testing in a very timely manner. The technician was knowledgeable and thorough in selecting and identifying potential asbestos sites and was happy to explain the process to me before starting the testing. She was careful in handling sites and I felt comfortable that the testing addressed all suspected areas. Pricing was fair and the turn-around time for test results and report was great."

"[redacted] was quick, efficient and honest! They are a family run business and work with the homeowner to find the problem and work through solutions that make sense for your home and budget. They are so friendly and work hard to fix the problem to make sure no further damage occurs. They truly treat you like family! We have hired them 2 times in the last few months and always recommend. We used them for water damage survices, but they provide plenty of other services too that we would absolutely trust them to remediate. Don’t hesitate, call Mary and Don today and let them help you with your project!"

"Overall service was good. They were prompt, responsive and professional. However, the price seemed a bit high for what was delivered. I still didn't know where the mold toxin issue stemmed from. I was instructed to hire a restoration company. The company I called wanted to do there own mold test before addressing an issue."

"Very responsive, kind, and profesional team always answering my questions and taking me step by step of the remediation with pictures of the work done. Mold was completely gone. Highly recommend their services."

"Easy to schedule, good customer service, and informative about the information."

"Please make sure that your representative looks over your whole house. I was very displeased that I kept finding areas that they did not look for mold. I think since they were the mold specialist they should have done a better job of finding the mold. They promise to come back and address the mold that was not done I hope their promise is kept or my concerns will be taken to the next level because my money is of value to me and I expect quality service."
