"William and his team did asbestos testing of two floors and drywall in our home. William patiently answered all my questions prior to being hired, helping me understand the process. They arrived on time and were friendly and helpful. The work was completed quickly and was reasonably priced. We did both the initial testing, and the follow up testing on the samples that came back positive but below 1%. Only reason they didn't get five starts was they were a day late in sending results for the follow up testing (they had them but needed a reminder text to send them over, but did so quickly in response to my inquiry).
