"Plain and simple, go with Rick and 1st Rate Construction. As a homeowner, I HAVE struggled to find companies where the person that quotes the work, is the person that does the work. Rick is the owner-operator of his company and will be your point of contact/work the job. He removed lead paint windows and soffit/fascia for me, and some asbestos ductwork. All great work. Thanks Rick !"

"This company is very reliable. My initial contact over the phone was professional. Michael Medley came out and inspected my home noting observations that surfaces and air needed to be decontaminated. Michael Medley promised the water on the floor would be removed from the laundry room and decontamination efforts would be made. He quickly laid out a plan for better air quality that focused on circulation, filtration, humidity control and ventilation. The plan was implemented my Alex, Shane and Tim. They all were professional knowledgeable and on time upon their arrival to my home. This company is amazing! I am very satisfied with all their work performed and the improved quality of the air in my home. Mold was removed and they disposed of all contaminated materials. Job well done! ---Tony Bouie---"

"They did a great job. Very professional and fast work. Provided details of the process of what was needed ie materials and timing. Improvement from initial work that was done to reduce any potential molding issue by recommending and replacing a certain area with different material from original."

"Rich came out and did an inspection at no charge, he did find mold in our basement utility room. Rich's team was very proffesional and did the removal within the thin budget i had avalible. Thanks Rich."

"Overall service was good. They were prompt, responsive and professional. However, the price seemed a bit high for what was delivered. I still didn't know where the mold toxin issue stemmed from. I was instructed to hire a restoration company. The company I called wanted to do there own mold test before addressing an issue."
