Both the pickup/packing team and the delivery team were timely, professional and efficient as well as being very pleasant to interact with. One suggestion: pickup truck desperately need several new tires for safety and maneuverability especially on hilly dirt roads. The driver would have also benefited from more training on such roads. "Everything went find. I wanted everything done within 4 hours and they were finished 15 minutes early. The movers had to move furniture from a one room in Perris. Then they had to go to my storage in Corona get the majority of my things and then move that stuff to my permanent location in Chino. The move happen on one of the hotest day of the year. I moved to a one bedroom apartment. The last time I moved it took about 6 hours and they were professional movers. I was on a strick budget and because they finished on time I didn't go over my budget for moving. The drivers were professional and nice and I would use them again"

The day before the moving date I received a call to confirm their arrival time and another call to inform me that they were ~30 minutes away. They arrived on time, introduced themselves and then their team leader asked me a few questions about the move & then got started. It took David Archuleta, Miguel Villanueva & Anthony Williams just under three hours to box & move out a one bedroom apartment to my new place 7 miles away. They were prompt, courteous & professional. There was a little paint damage and their team lead took pictures for me to use if I were to file a claim. They were very prompt in responding to my small damage claim as well. Overall, I would recommend Northstar Moving to anyone looking for a moving service."
