"Angie, you need to do better when vetting your businesses. After speaking with Justin Wise and getting what I thought was a great price to move items from FL to MN my husband and I decided to hire M & D Pro Movers. They picked up our items on 4/3/25 and were told we would have it in 7-10 business days by Justin. However when they came to get the items the price suddenly increased. We paid the extra $1700. It has now been 30 business days and we still don't have our things. Selene, the so-called office Mgr is rude, aggressive and very loud. Whenever she decides to answer the phone, she spews one lie after another. She originally gave my husband and I are date of 5/23 to have our things. That date changed to 5/15 and as of today she now says they have until 5/21 to deliver our items. She never has an answer when I ask where our things are but she can tell me about other people's things. My husband and I want our things. My mom's ashes are, I don't know where at this point."
