"Overall, my experience was very good. The person who helped me with my quote was responsive and personable. We did have some communication issues regarding some of the items we wanted moved. We crews that helped us with the physical move worked very hard and provided solutions when issues came up. The single recommendation I could provide to anyone is be 100% sure everything you want to move is on the digital inventory at least 5 days before moving day. The day of the move, I found things were missing on the digital inventory even though we talked about it."

"We recently retired from working for the City of Tampa, and were planning a move to North Carolina to be closer to our remaining family members. When I called I spoke with Mark, who was extremely helpful in planning our anticipated move date and inventorying all of our household items to be moved. He even gave some helpful suggestions on how we might reduce cost for the move. He was always available, and patiently assisted when we called back with several adjusted load plans.
