"Incredible! Communication between Joe and myself was seamless, especially as we needed to reschedule last minute due to delayed closing and later, due to weather. Joe was completely on top of it and helpful, covering all details clearly and concisely, and backing up our conversations with emails. The team, Bobby, Chase, and Dylan arrived promptly, walked through the house with me, and then got right to work. They were extremely committed, professional and worked hard, despite the service being hourly. They were flexible to my needs, and kept me updated as they worked on the load-in. I had to leave during the unload, and the minute I got home, they showed me one small part of the wall that had been scuffed. Before they left, they did a walk-thru to make sure I was happy, and helped me change one piece of furniture that was in the wrong place. I did not have one break of anything they moved, and could not believe how helpful, nice, and hard-working these guys were. I also want to mention that I was a young woman handling this move by myself, and I felt completely comfortable and respected the entire time, which is not always the case. He stopped by to look at the closets and we scheduled time for him to come out and do the work. He was on time and professional. Best of all he was patient with me and allowed me to go through a lot of items individually while I said keep, donate & he helped me find an old Fendi handbag that kind of got lost over the years. He filled up the truck and I followed him to Salvation Army where I got a receipt for over 30 bags of clothes, shoes, cookbooks etc. I will definitely hire Brian again and would recommend him if you simply need to de-clutter and and have less stress in your life.
