"Todd was very professional and capable.  He spent a lot of time with me reviewing the job and the quote.  3 other service providers provided quotes - and even though Todd was not the lowest, I felt very comfortable that he would do a good job.  And he di not disappoint me.  
He was responsive, and punctual and very capable.  He recommended several tile suppliers and passed through his wholesale discount.  He was a perfectionist on the job and did everything right - refusing to take any shortcuts.  When running into several unforeseen issues with the sub-floor, he address them and completed the job to my satisfaction.  
The job was done perfectly, on-time, at cost.  I would recommend Todd to anyone looking to have a tile, stone or flooring job done.
