"Todd was very professional and capable.  He spent a lot of time with me reviewing the job and the quote.  3 other service providers provided quotes - and even though Todd was not the lowest, I felt very comfortable that he would do a good job.  And he di not disappoint me.
He was responsive, and punctual and very capable.  He recommended several tile suppliers and passed through his wholesale discount.  He was a perfectionist on the job and did everything right - refusing to take any shortcuts.  When running into several unforeseen issues with the sub-floor, he address them and completed the job to my satisfaction.
The job was done perfectly, on-time, at cost.  I would recommend Todd to anyone looking to have a tile, stone or flooring job done.
I will use Todd again.

"Bob and his crew did a fantastic job of thorough prep work and were careful to cover everything. Paint looks great, and I am pleased"

"My experience was overall phenomenal, the owner was very passionate about his quality and the work he did in our home showed it. His crew was punctual and very professional. I will definitely be a returning customer and I would recommend him to anyone looking for quality work."

"I was very impressed at how kevin and team were able to knock out three bathrooms with tear out in half the time the other companies quoted. They did this while working multiple other clients sites also. Kevin was also able to help me mask some poor previous construction methods mainly walls that were not square by helping me choose a tile pattern that made this invisible to anyone who doesn’t know it’s there."

"Everyone was done exactly as we hoped. Minimal instructions, just “please do/fix “this “”. ON TIME, and efficient. And enjoyable to work with. Moved to Essexville after 50 years in Midland and feel lucky we “stumbled” onto Kevin. Highly recommended from an (obviously) long time user of professional services."

"He was ontime and very professional, I did not use them because the quote was a little high."
