"Tito was terrific. He responded to my request for handyman services in less than 24hrs - AND showed up at my home the morning he contacted regarding the work request. Tito installed 3 ceiling hooks (to hang indoor plants) which was my original request. After he arrived, he was very accommodating and allowed me to add on some additional services - installation of 2 outdoor plant hangers as well as a replacement bidet for the toilet. The price for the plant hangers were very reasonable. The cost for installation of the bidet seemed a bit high since there was already one there and I've done one at my father's - it's pretty straight forward but I dont have the time to do my own. However, I was ok with that since he responded to me and arrived to do the work so quickly - as well as his flexibility to accommodate my additional requests. They actually hung some paintings for us because we have like a two-story wall.  We live in a raised ranch, so there?s a big wall that goes from the ground level up to the ceiling of the first floor, along the stairwell, and I wanted a painting hung up at the top of that wall.  And so I called Tom and said well who do you know that can do this and he said well we do that.  I said okay.  So he sent a couple of guys out, not only did they hang the painting, they re-hung paintings that were kind of crooked.  They just took care of hanging things that required going up a ladder, like a two floor ladder, a two-story ladder.  What they did was up a scaffolding and just did it that way, which is not something that a homeowner can do.  I just keep going back to LOPCO for everything.

"It went well! I expected it to take a long time to get it picked up, but I called for the bag to be emptied on Friday and they were here Saturday! I am already filling it up again. (We have a MESS from the storm and need to finish the kitchen before this weekend's company coming in from out of town.) I have already called them to request my bag be emptied on Friday, and they have me on the schedule! I can't believe the customer service is so great! This is not a regular dumpster company. I have a dumpster delivered last summer and they gouged my driveway. What a nightmare it was to get them to pay for the driveway to be fixed. NEVER AGAIN! It's BullBag only for our future needs."

"Roland was professional and timely. He came to repair a garage door that lacked a counterbalance and a fence that needed new hinges. I was told he was going to be a few weeks on an estimate due to demand and he came when we agreed he would and managed to get me on the schedule sooner than anticipated.
