I ran back to Lowe’s to buy a fourth fan and Michael moved on to the second ceiling fan by the time I got back he was able to take the first one down that didn’t work and install the new one I bought. Michael didn’t leave until we understood how to run the remotes. Michael was friendly. He arrived in the time window he specified. Tidy (he took away all of the garbage from the boxes). "Where do I even begin!? They showed up an hour early. With plenty of heads up. He was very understanding when I didnâ t see the notification that they were running early. Tino was very friendly and jovial. One of those people who you couldnâ t imagine ever having a bad day. He and his partner got to work in the scolding hot, almost 100 degree day and finished our beautiful play set in 4 hours! He made sure to ask if it was in the spot I liked before anchoring it to the ground. I couldnâ t be happier. It is very well built. Thank you guys SO much!"

"Absolutely, positively spectacular.  Derek was always responsive, incredibly professional and very, very easy to deal with, which was especially important for us as out-of-town owners who could not be on site when the work was being done.  For example, when Derek's team found a leaking water line during moving the refrigerator to paint, they shut the water off and and notified me by email immediately.  Finished product was first rate and meticulously performed. Would recommend or use again in a heartbeat.
