"My experience with Monthly Upkeep was awesome, my expectations exceeded! None of my outdoor lights work when I reached out to them, now ALL of my exterior lighting works!!! These guys are mega fast to respond (within hours) I reached out and to them and within 24 hours I had a scheduled appointment and someone at my house to knock it out! This isn’t the end of my review as not only was all this done but these guys saved me money by fixing a few of the fixtures and lights versus me having to purchase all new ones!!! Last but certainly not least - my Wife is ecstatic and as anyone with a Wife knows... happy Wife, happy life!!! <3 I not only recommend this company I plan on spreading the word. 10/10!!!"

He installed a new screen door, replaced my tub stem and faucet, repaired my subfloor in the kitchen and installed brand new LVP flooring to replace old and water damaged flooring. "The entire process went very smooth. John was very helpful in the decision process of which shed fit our needs. He did a site inspection, helping us match the siding and placement of the shed. The construction went very smooth, Bob and Jesse were here the first day very early - I was amazed at how fast it went up - worked pretty much non-stop and were very polite and professional. Second day, Bob arrived early in the morning, again worked pretty much non-stop and by that afternoon the shed was finished and looked fantastic. "The hinges on the door were replaced by a repair service that I have used in the past for work with no problem.  I was told after he worked on the door that the house was probably settling & I would need a carpenter to plane the doors so they would close together properly.  I found Dennis Mullaney Home Repair through Angie's list. He explained to me that the house was not settling & how to tell if that had been the problem. He explained to me that the hinges although the exact type of hinges were being used, after so many years, the thickness of the metal in the new hinges plus using the same drilled holes from the old hinges  was making the problem.  Bottom line-----He fixed my cafe doors!! They swing back and forth effortlessly.  Wonderful Home Repair Service.
