"My experience with Monthly Upkeep was awesome, my expectations exceeded! None of my outdoor lights work when I reached out to them, now ALL of my exterior lighting works!!! These guys are mega fast to respond (within hours) I reached out and to them and within 24 hours I had a scheduled appointment and someone at my house to knock it out! This isn’t the end of my review as not only was all this done but these guys saved me money by fixing a few of the fixtures and lights versus me having to purchase all new ones!!! Last but certainly not least - my Wife is ecstatic and as anyone with a Wife knows... happy Wife, happy life!!! <3 I not only recommend this company I plan on spreading the word. 10/10!!!"

"I ran into the garage and he repaired it. I liked that he was prompt. He did the job. He did a nice job. I mean it was a very small job. I wanted him to also. I asked him if he was a handy man. I wanted to know if he would do some floor tiling inside. He said no he doesn't do that. What he did was fine. I would not use him again because I don't live there anymore."

"They were miracle workers! It was 25 years since my aluminum siding was painted. My white house was green and end pieces were missing. The gutters also pulled away from house. The guys were great and hard working. They power washed, scraped, re-caulked, painted and did additional prep work for me. My garage roof was tarred and the house gutters were screwed in. I will definitely call again for additional interior painting and other things I need done."
