"My range hood fell down and Nick needed to repair/replace some of the venting and reinstall the hood. Nick scheduled quickly with me and was on time. He had someone to help as the hood is very heavy. Both men were polite, professional and cleaned up after the work was completed. Nick also tracked down a part I needed that I could purchase myself cheaper and recommended a cleaning product. I had no idea what a project like this should cost so I can't comment on the price - I put A as I couldn't leave it blank and am assuming Nick is fair."
