"My experience with Monthly Upkeep was awesome, my expectations exceeded! None of my outdoor lights work when I reached out to them, now ALL of my exterior lighting works!!! These guys are mega fast to respond (within hours) I reached out and to them and within 24 hours I had a scheduled appointment and someone at my house to knock it out! This isn’t the end of my review as not only was all this done but these guys saved me money by fixing a few of the fixtures and lights versus me having to purchase all new ones!!! Last but certainly not least - my Wife is ecstatic and as anyone with a Wife knows... happy Wife, happy life!!! <3 I not only recommend this company I plan on spreading the word. 10/10!!!"

"Wonderful company. Will recommend them for all household renovations."

"From first contact to last nail I was happy with this company.

Installers were quick, knowledgeable and friendly.

Price of complete shed was less than big box options and had better options such as shingles, floor and primed walls.

"In late June I used the "Ask A Question" tool of Angie's List to find out if Spot-On Home Improvements would be interested in a certain project or if they'd consider it to be too small. (Install a tub shower faucet and replace the drain.) Damian was very prompt in replying that they would be interested but unfortunately they were already booked until the second week of September.  He was kind enough, at my request, to recommend another company to try, which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely request Spot-On's services the next time I need a handyman.

"Excellent. Everything went smoothly, movers were careful and helpful"

"They were very professional.  They did the work when I was not there.  They got the work done in a timely fashion. They got all the permits needed for the city. He is an approved contractor."

"Jaime showed up, examined what needed to be done and understood the problem right away.  We discussed the options and then he was ready to go with no need for supervision.  He did an EXCELLENT job.  I had various drywall issues from an old house including wall separation from the ceiling, large ceiling cracks and lifting up of existing drywall.  Plus some caulking needs in one room without disrupting the wallpaper.  Jaime did everything on time and on budget.  Great to work with.  I recommend him highly!

"very good quality, efficient, fair price"

"Basement was flooding, coming through the floor after moderate and heavy rainfall.. Do not have sump pumps. I told Rich that I wanted to avoid putting in sump pumps because we (not uncommonly) get long power outages in our neighborhood that would surpass normal sump backup system and battery. Could not afford to dig around entire house perimeter to replace footer drains, etc. (quoted $15,000-$20,000) and inside waterproofing (not as reliable) was quoted at $11,000. Rich came up with the idea to relieve the pressure under the floor by utilizing the natural grade from our house to the street. By inserting 2 pipes under each side of the house we had, in effect, a gravity based sump pump without the worry of mechanical failure or power outage. Water would naturally gravitate to the lower areas and drain out to the storm sewer. Just had significant rainfall and the system was working well. I could see a large amount of water draining from pipes into the storm drain. Normally, this would build up and start coming up through the floor cracks. This idea saved me several thousands of dollars. I have used Rich on other projects. Like usual, he was reasonably priced, showed up on time, cleaned up each day and did high quality work. I am already scheduling him to come out and do other projects such as French drains, etc in the back yard to eliminate backyard flooding."

"Positive experience all around. Large roof overhang needed extensive prep work. This was done well. Entire process was professional. Cleaning, masking, painting and job clean-up was excellent. Job was complicated by the fact that the ranch house is surrounded by hedges close to the house."
