Never missed an appointment and were very pro-active to let us know their availability for the follow-up visits so we knew what to expect. They were also very flexible in that when they were here they were happy to add on to the "to-do" list on the fly. Very neat and careful to cleanup all trash and any dirt or dust (like when they shaved a door for us).
