I told Matt what I was looking for and he designed the project in a computer program that showed plan and 3D elevations that enabled me to envision the finished project. This was a very complex undertaking and Wheelhouse handled it flawlessly. There was no plumbing in the end of the house where the new bath was to go. So Matt's crew had to figure out how to get supply and drain lines into the area. It required breaking into walls on the first floor and in the basement--but the crew was careful place temporary barriers to contain dust and debris while the work progressed. Budget allowances were provided for flooring, lighting, plumbing fixtures, etc. The allowances were, for the most part, realistic. So they were able to bring the job to completion very close to the original estimate. I am very pleased with the results and can wholeheartedly recommend Wheelhouse for any renovation or new construction project that you may want to undertake."
