J&M was created as a business that will eventually be handed down to my sons. The tasks the business handles are those that require general building and maintenance skills. Any skills acquired for these jobs were ones that I learned from my dad or grandfather, both of which were licensed builders. I stand behind all work the business does with a 100% money back guarantee.

"It went great. Stephen was very reasonable, had our job done in a day, and it looks great. Although our job wasn't extensive, I wanted it done in a timely manner and done right. He also inspected the roof while he was up. I won't hesitate to seek him out for our next project."

"Great. Jim has been working with us for the last year on various projects from putting together furniture ( beds, dining tables, dressers) changing indoor and outdoor lighting, helping redo small half bathroom renovations, installing other small projects around the house. He is very professional, punctual. Communicates well and is accessible for help quickly. I have little kids and he has been very kind showing them his tools and all around a kind and great guy. He still works with us helping us with ongoing projects and I think he is a great resource for questions, and any home projects."

"Very professional hard-working. they arrive on time. installation was fairly quick, cleaned up after themselves. Communication was great. I’ll be looking to hire them again fairly soon to get a quote for drywall installation, the TV mount is perfect. Haven’t had any complications so thank you gentlemen very much. Keep up excellent work."

"My experience was overall phenomenal, the owner was very passionate about his quality and the work he did in our home showed it. His crew was punctual and very professional. I will definitely be a returning customer and I would recommend him to anyone looking for quality work."

"Professional, dependable, strives for quality, and genuinely nice to work with. Highly recommend!"

"Amazing! Dan was super helpful and professional and every time we use him he goes above and beyond for us!"

"We absolutely love VanderHyde!  We had a leak in the pipe for our hot water heat downstairs in our lower level.  They took things apart and found the pipe was laying right on the concrete foundation wall.  They rerouted the pipe away from the concrete wall and did a great job.  They were professional, experts in the field, and very mindful of cost to us.  Very friendly and helpful.
