The positives: my appointment was made quickly, the owner was very polite while dealing with him to set up appt and while he was here, shutters were taken down and put back up, the paint does look good on the shutters The negatives: I wasted money on a gallon of paint that cannot be used, I wish that there was a way for the painter to come and tell you the information before so you are not wasting money, the painter was there for 2 hours before letting me know he couldn't use the gallon and when you pay for a certain time limit, that is important, when he left, I walked around to the side of my house and there was black spray paint all over the lawn -"
