He visited the apartment ~ 1.5 months before the project, assessed the needs, and gave a very straightforward and detailed quote. On the day of work, they arrived on-time (actually ~15 minutes early!), tapped and padded all floors so no damage would be done in the apartment or along the floors leading through common areas of building. The work was completed in an expeditious manner and the team sanded and patched any residual holes from the wall that was removed. They even took care of some additional patchwork around the apartment that was not part of the job and did so at an extremely reasonable price. I plan on hiring Ramin and his team again for some additional flooring and paint work that I expect to have in the coming months."
