Our home is around 50 years old. Ours was a large job - around a month and $30,000. We had Triangle Reconstruction come in after another moisture company provided mold remediation and a humidifier. I wish we’d contacted TR to start with. We provided TR with a structural engineering report. They created a plan to exactly meet all of engineer’s concerns. TR used temporary supports and replaced seal plates, girders, and joists for over half of our home. In addition, they poured footers and built new columns. They also added a few additional girders to firm up our floors. They removed and replaced our insulation. They sealed our porch and crawl space, replaced our vapor barrier, and installed a moisture meter. They wrapped our electrical cords and hung them. The people at TR are remarkable. A+++++"

"They installed our dishwasher where there used to be a cabinet. Our house did not have a dishwasher before so we had gotten the electrical done before Titan came. They installed the plumbing, the dishwasher, made it all look clean and nice by filling in the gaps beside the dishwasher, and installed our counter top all for a very reasonable price! "AMAZING landscaping!! Our flower bed was pretty rough before these guys got ahold of it and honestly we thought they’d turn us away because our flowerbed was so unmanaged. They came out on Monday at 6:30pm, gave us a free quote, and had the job done literally the next day before 4. We were pretty shocked at how quickly they got it done because of how bad of a condition it was in AND by how clean and professional looking it was when It was finished. Looked like a 3 day job instead of a few hours job, not even kidding.
