"EXCELLENT! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I cannot speak highly enough of Ken's work. He was responsive, competent, pleasant and highly professional. He was also willing to come out to the north part of town (we are in Colbert). We had a couple of projects -- one rather urgent (major ice load in our eaves after the heavy snow storm that was causing water flow issues around the house) and a minor issue related to our washing machine water hookup. He diagnosed the problems and tended to their solutions within a day of calling him. He cleaned up everything when he was done and left our house better than when he showed up. We are new to the area and will use him for any handyman job we need from here on out."

"Christopher was amazing. Showed up on time, worked ALL day, went above and beyond in rebuilding my deck - doubling it in size and painting it also, at NO extra cost from his estimate. I would 100% recommend him for any job, and will have him back to do more for me. His estimate was half of two others. "After purchasing a gas dryer at Sears to replace our old one, we were informed that Sears couldn't install it when it was delivered. We were fortunate to get ahold of 1st Response Plumbing; they came when they said they would and easily did the work that Sears couldn't. Derrick was great; we were really happy with the work he did and it was very reasonable as well. We will definitely use them again."
