As you might guess, some of the starter holes for screws did not match up, some of the wooden slats were the wrong size, and some of the screws were wrong. The installation manual had different illustrations of how the finished product was to look. Several illustrations of the exact same area were different. For example, one showed slats on the inside of the sandbox area while the other showed the slats on the outside.
David had to improvise time and time again. He had to re-shape boards, drill starter holes that did not match, etc. He used good judgment and experience, and when he finished the play set was well-built, sturdy, and beautiful. He is a professional.
