He even offered to re-stain a three-story wooden partition for us at no extra cost. The project took five weeks to complete (quite a bit longer than originally estimated, delayed due to unusually rainy weather), but Rick was in touch each day to let us know if the forecast allowed for work to be performed. Rick was a pleasure to interact with and seemed genuinely conscientious about his work. Patio structure looks great and we’re thrilled to have it restored for many years to come."
