Everytime they were set to show up from beginning to end it was on time and communication during the project was stellar. The paint job was a tough one with some 30 ft high areas and it is perfect and the ceilings look better than we expected. We also threw in a couple of additional ceilings to paint and cleaning in hard to reach places and they were happy to comply. Still they finished on time, actually ahead of schedule. "Everyone at Solar Shield was very nice and professional. We had a few concerns when the moisture barrier was installed and we still had rain in our bedroom. Frank got it corrected the next day, and finished the roof the following week. The good news: very nice looking roof with no more leaks. The bad news: we got pictures of the hurricane straps installed and had the roof inspected by our insurance company. They found that the hurricane straps installed were not up to their standards and neither was the moisture barrier. They also found multiple slats (we didn’t have decking that covered the whole roof - old house) that were split and compromised during the work, so we were unable to qualify for any insurance discounts. Overall, we have a nice looking roof - top of the line from Solar Shield Industries. Hopefully, it will last a lifetime. But unfortunately, we have some decking remediation that needs to be done and we still need hurricane straps, which will probably be clips now. Not a big enough deal for me to raise a stink. I can retro clips and repair the few decking issues from the attic & under siding. And apparently, the moisture barrier is just not what the insurance company accepts as a “moisture barrier.”"

"We hired them to perimeter fence our farm with no climb horse wire with wood on top. Approximately 7 acres of that type of fence. We also have a 13 acre pasture that we wanted fenced in RAMM flex fence. I specifically asked if they had experience with RAMM because it works on a tension system and needs to be installed specifically according to the manufacturer. Melanie said they did have experience with it and it would be no problem. While the crew did a good job on the perimeter fencing, they had no idea what they were doing with the RAMM fencing. They didn't brace corners/gates properly, and I had to hire another company to uninstall and reinstall what was messed up. And when I went to pay Melanie the final payment, there was an additional $4000+ added to her original quote. She said she had missed 200 feet of fencing when she did the estimate."
