"We were searching for a paint contractor with experience locally. Our home is over 110 years old, and a contributing property in a historic district. We had a specific vision on what we wanted done. After obtaining multiple interview and bids from contractors, we “connected” with Melin, as he shared our vision. They were meticulous with attention to details in the prep work, and exacting with executing our paint scheme. The team treated our house like their own. "Liedel Powerwashing and Painting did a phenomenal job painting our home. We have a large 1-1/2 story ranch that really needed painting. Starting with the original estimate, every member of the crew was professional. They arrived when promised, were respectful of your property and made sure that we were satisfied when they finished. We were in need of having some siding replaced before they painted and the gentleman that came by to do it completed it without any issues. "Dennis tore down the basement bedroom s ceiling to view and repair a water freezing issue from my Master Bath. He then repaired the issue and re-insulated the water lines going to the Master Bath. He then dry walled the open spot in the ceiling, mudded, sanded and then matched the texture of the repaired ceiling to the rest of the ceiling. Finally, he painted the entire bedroom ceiling and it looks as though nothing was done. He was prompt every day and communicated what he was doing during the whole process. He was professional and very personable and flexed around my schedule. All the work was accomplished in just 3 days!!"
