The costs were as expected given the increased or decreased scope of the project. Very clean in execution of the work. Checked with me on any changes in materials. Felt very comfortable through the entire job. They painted, repaired rotted wood, removed nails, removed faulty gutter, removed stone planters, painted the mailbox and light sconces. All workers were very professional, obviously skilled to do their particular parts, and cleaned up and hauled away all trash and parts removed.
