"Joshua's Painting Service did an excelent job painting 12 homes in the condo complex I live in. I managed the painting contract. I contacted four painters on Angi because of their high ratings. I chose Josh because I was very impressed with his proposal and all of our interactions prior to hiring him. He and his crew were great. This was a big job that affected many neighbors. "Mr. Vandermark and crew did the best job I could imagine. We have a two story house built on a slope so just getting to the walls was quite difficult. We also have a front deck and a back balcony that was included in the job. We have been in our house over 20 years and have never had the whole thing painted, so there was a lot of scraping to be done. Well painted and site left impeccably clean after more than a week of painting. Our neighbors were so impressed they will be having Vandermark & Son for their house painting, too"
