"This is the 2nd time I've hired Hernandez Painting. John's crew painted my interior a year ago (summer 2024). They did a fantastic job. This year we decided to have the exterior painted, and we didn't hesitate to hire them again. Going back a year when we received a quote for the interior (last year summer 2024), we also asked for a quote for the exterior. We couldn't afford to do both, so we decided to have the interior painted first. This year we called John for an updated quote for the exterior, but he honored his first quote (from a full year prior). "I want everyone to know that Whitestone Painters stand out for their customer satisfaction policy. We first had our interior painting done in Nov 2015 and I noticed that there was a problem with the paint, so I called and Ernie came right out. He agreed there was indeed a problem and said no problem, they would come back and repaint the rooms at my convenience, which they did this week. I never had a complaint with their quality of work, because they did an amazing job. It ended up that the paint was not washable as requested. They truly do stand by their customer satisfaction 100% and I will use them again the next time I need a job done.
