"My husband and I hired Aldo to paint our daughter and son in laws newly purchased 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse in Newhall, Ca. This was a house warming gift for the kids as they are new home owners. We live in Arizona. Aldo was easy to talk to and easy to work with. Aldo and his crew started on time, did a fantastic job on the walls, ceilings, floor boards, doors, trim and the brick fireplace front. They textured the awful looking ceilings and even took some popcorn ceilings off in the closets and textured them as well. My daughter and son in law decided to have them paint the kitchen cabinets for an additional cost. Aldo even removed all the painted over kitchen cabinet hardware. He cleaned it up and reinstalled it all onto the newly painted cabinets. The kitchen cabinets and hardware look brand new. Every surface in the house looks great! Definitely would hire them again!"

"We hired Robert and his team to help us replace and repair sections of our failing roof following the heavy LA rainy season. They performed flat roof repairs and silicone water proofing and replaced a section of the roof that was improperly installed by a prior contractor. From start to finish, the team was awesome. We had some complicated issues with an underlying structure in the roof, and they came over multiple times to help us properly locate the leak site. A+. Highly recommend. We couldnâ t be any happier with the quality work and the fine finished product Albin and his entire team did for us!! I was recommended to All Brands by my next-door neighbor and I am thrilled to report that both of our houses turned out beautifully. The owner Albin and his entire crew were professional, courteous, and most of all very skilled painters. They really should call what they do â house transformationâ and not just painting! I couldnâ t believe just how much effort they put into â preppingâ the house for paint. They spent many days scraping, priming, washing, sanding and priming again and so on, just to make sure that the paint surface was the best in the best condition possible. I was so relieved to see that they really took pride in their work and didnâ t just scrape, wash and paint like I have seen less quality painting companies do. Albin and his team were also super accommodating and I really appreciated that given that I like things â just rightâ if you know what I mean. I ended up changing my mind a couple of times before they actually purchased the paint(which by the way in my case was top quality Benjamin Moore paint and not some â off brandâ ) and each time they were happy to paint swatches onto my house of all 3 colors in different lights just to make sure I would be completely satisfied with how the colors looked. The best part other than the finished paint job was this thing Albin does with a roll of blue painters tape. Once our home was entirely painted, he hands me this roll of blue tape and tells me to â go around the entire house and put a piece of blue tape on anything and everything that I thought needed more attention, or was somehow missed, or not done to my exact standards.â Then he comes and goes over every piece of blue tape to make sure he knows how to direct his crew to make it exactly right for me! That part meant my house was exactly as I wanted without having to get into some kind of awkward discussion-big relief. I still canâ t believe how much work he and his crew does for such a totally fair price. I am thrilled with my home, and my next-door neighbors had All Brands paint there home as well and had just as great of an experience as I did. If you are looking and reading through all of the reviews both the good and the bad, then let me tell you that out of the three estimates we got, All Brands Painting turned out to be the best of the bunch on quality, professionalism and especially price. "This was a very professional company. We hired them to repaint and refinish our kitchen cabinets. The crew did a fantastic job!. Every day there was a supervisor to check on the status of the job and to keep us updated. The crew was very clean and protected the surrounding walls and floors. "Alex introduced us to the CoolWall by Tex Cote system that we didn't know about. We decided to go ahead and have our exterior of house completed. Alex, Roger, Tito, and George were very professional in making sure every detail of the job was completed in a highly proficient manner. Tito patched the crack in our wall and we cannot even tell where the existing crack was located. We are very pleased with the results. "What a great experience to use Citywide. John give a reasonable bid. He wasn't too high and he was not the lowest but he explained clearly what he would do. We needed all of the trim, windows, doors, gutters painted around our house and had many areas that had dry rot. John's team showed up on time, did extra work where it was needed and finished the job early. In 4 days for a 2 story home with a detached garage. "Cesar Lima Painting Services (aka Lucid Painting) were very professional. Cesar took a look around the house and explained what his team would do in each area including replacing termite damaged wood (with redwood), blasting away damaged paint and stucco then repairing prior to painting, cleaning and sanding the whole structure, and applying anti fungal primer in areas that had mold damage. His team then arrived and did exactly what Cesar said they would. They were very polite and just got on with the work. Cesar provided a very competitive quote and did not ask for payment until after the job was done - even then it wasn’t like he called me straight away to demand payment. I reached out to him to organize an inspection date and then I paid by check. All in all, a very pleasant experience! :)"

"I thought George and his crew did an excellent job in painting the house. In the beginning he said it would take 3-4 days and it came in at three. He told me in detail how he does his painting jobs and what I needed to do to prepare. He began with a complete washdown of the house. Then all windows and non painted surfaces were completely masked. Places where the stucco was pealing and cracked were repaired. There were places where the wood parts of the house were damaged, and these were patched and repaired . Several times he walked me thru the site and showed me his progress. At the end of the job we walked the perimeter of the house, and George showed me what he did and answered any questions that I had. Cleanup afterwards was thorough. It was a really good job. I don't know if this review is expected to cover the roofing job that George also did for me, so I'm going to discuss that also. Because of the circumstances of this house, we decided to do a patching job of the roof rather than a complete whole new roof. George determined that there were four areas requiring patches including patches to the subroofing wood. He said it would take a day, which it did. The crew removed the faulty subroof wood and replaced it with new wood. He had already painted the wood, with paint from the prior house painting job. The wood then was covered with the standard roofing materials. The rim that was removed that wraps over the facial wood was replaced. In one area a piece of the facial board had to be replaced and repainted. The whole roof was then painted with a sealant that should extend the life of the roof for several years. All in all an excellent job."
