We knew that the box gutters of our home were overdue to be painted, and we had also observed a leak in one corner of the gutters. As part of estimating the job, a complete inspection of the roof was done; and we were provided with photos of each problem or potential problem areas. This was very helpful for us to see and understand the additional work needed besides the painting of the gutters. We also had Prince include the cleaning of our standing-seem metal roofs we have over parts of our house. We discussed in detail the work to be done. Mr. Prince was very clear as to exactly what was needed and the work to be completed. This included an itemized estimated of the labor and supplies.
