His craftsmanship and work ethic is unmatched. By the end of the project you will never need to get another quote for work. Pros: - The whole team takes a lot of pride in their work. - Full-service remodeling and handyman -- they can do pretty much anything. They will go above-and-beyond to deliver quality results. They did a lot of extra small fixes and touch-ups beyond the original proposed scope of work, and they didn't nickle-and-dime me for every little change. They actually SAVED me money on some of my other projects!"

"Our project was to paint all the wood trim on our house and garage. When I went online and made my request for such work I received many calls. Once I explained my project, I was told their minimum for current work was anywhere from $5,000 to $10,000. Even they said it was excessive for my project. It was then that Good Job Painting, LLC reached out via telephone. He made an appointment to come by and review my project. I was expecting him to decline the job due to itâ  s size. As I was having new roofâ  s put on in a week he suggested we wait until that work was done. Due to my previous experience, I expected to not hear from him again. However, the day after my roofâ  s were installed he called scheduling for that week to begin the project. He arrived at the agreed time and worked continually, completing the job that we had agreed on in s timely manner. His work included prepping the surfaces as a professional would, doing excellent work in a safe manner and cleaning up daily and totally on completion. He used quality products, that he color matched from our existing color and left the remainder with us for future touch ups. My review may seem long, but to accurately describe good work takes more than a couple lines. My wife is already planning ahead for some interior work to be done by him in the near future. As he explained to me, no job is to small. Which I surprisingly thought my job would be easy to find someone to undertake. As it turned out it was just a matter of just getting ahold of the right guy."

"We recently had Ybarra Professional Builders do some remodeling in our home. We had a new tiled shower put in our master bathroom. We had new quartz countertops and appliances installed in the kitchen. We had the cabinets in the bathroom and kitchen refinished. And we had the whole house painted on the inside. Mike Haim was our project manager and we appreciated his excellent service and vision. Oswaldo and Ray were our expert workmen and they did the whole project. It was great only having two people come in and out to do the work. The company has all their own workmen and so you donâ t have someone new for each job. The owner came out the following Monday and replaced the rotten board. My wife and I could not be happier with the work they did."

"Initially hired him for our full kitchen renovation but ended up getting all of my 3 bedrooms and bathrooms because I was really satisfied with the result. Iâ m very specific and particular about small details and they were able to exceed all my requirements. For the kitchen, I wanted a waterfall countertop with cabinets on both sides(alot of space to keep my kitchen supplies) and a white hexagonal backsplash with black grout. Then I wanted to give a warm accent to the room my adding a statement wooden beam with hanging lights over the countertop. As for the bedrooms, got rid of the old carpets, installed new flooring and trims, and custom closets."

"Francisco and his team in Homeimprove Construction were a pleasure to work with. This was my fiance and my 3rd remodeling experience. We remodeled 3 bathrooms, the kitchen, the living room, and the laundry room. I m so glad we hired Francisco. We worked with a 3-D designer and we gave the plan to Francisco who made them a reality. He was easy to get in contact with and very responsive by phone and text. During any design decisions, he always made sure to check in with what we wanted. He was flexible and a very reasonable person. He works with many renovation experts and knows the right people to call for electrical, custom cabinets, tile work, and roofing and engineering. My fiancé and I are very particular perfectionists and everything was completed to the highest degree of workmanship. After the project was completed we noticed a slight problem in one of the bathrooms and within one day he and his team were back there and quickly addressed it with no hassle.
