"Erivan and his team were super responsive and responsible and great to work with. They did really high quality work for us, and I loved the result. They have been painting for years, and were referred to me from a friend who had them paint his historic Somerville home with many details. The team was always on time, and they were great problem solvers when things inevitably came up (we ran out of paint, for example). I was also impressed that they painted all the trim perfectly without painters tape :) Their work included doing some light spackling of wall cracks, and removal of shades before they started. Finally, they were super fast!"

Paul checked in with questions along the way that showed how conscientious he is— from painting an exterior AC unit (an eyesore previously) to the exterior foundational wall color selection and even removing gunk around a basement window— he took his time and the work was thorough and beautiful. We requested that he strip paint from one of the columns holding up our deck to match the other columns and the result is amazing— looks exactly like the others. "My crew from NSP was amazing. Professional, courteous, kind and on point to get the task done. Large 2 story colonial with addition and ovs garage. I believe it took total of 5 days because of early weather in October 22. No paint chips on ground, very conscious of my shrubs and gardens, you would not even know they were painting. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this outstanding company and would not hesitate to have them paint my home again. "Perfect. This was not a typical job. Normally painters paint flat surfaces. This job was to paint (stain) 62 6-sided boards installed as a pergola. I tried to do it myself but only did 4 boards before I gave up and called Target Painting. (Another company refused the job.) Gene was great, as well as all the crew. At one point, one of the painters went up on the roof to monitor the progress and inspect the hard-to-reach places. Everything was great, including the cleanup."

Work was further delayed through no fault of Arch Painting due to continuous wet weather. Once a good weather window finally occurred, the work was performed quickly with no impact on us.
