When the job was completed, the painters cleaned up and left paint for touch ups. My house looks terrific. From the outside, the house looks brand new. "I was very pleased. John came out and gave us an estimate. The price was right on target for a job of this kind. John told us he would be able to paint the rooms within the next couple of weeks and kept in touch with us to let us know how his schedule was going in terms of when he would be able to schedule us in. We locked in a date about five days or so ahead of time, which gave us plenty of time to remove pictures, etc., to prepare for painting. John's associate Tony sent out Dan and Phil to paint the rooms. I was very impressed with the care they took in moving furniture out of the way and covering it up during the painting process. We had the ceiling painted also, so they actually dismantled the ceiling fans in each room (and later put them back together!) in order to protect everything. Great attention to detail! Great cleanup job! And most importantly, my rooms look great! I will definitely be calling on CertaPro Northridge for future paint jobs."

"It went extremely well. Mr. White gave me a great price. He came by the next day after agreeing on price and start date and power washed the entire house. Looked for repairs that may be needed as well. Told me his crew would be here the following morning at 7:00am they were here about 6:45 am. They started working quickly and efficiently at sanding, filling stucco, checking for things that needed attention. Then began the actual painting around 11:00am. They prepped by covering my neighbors vehicles a fence as well to ensure that there wasn't any paint flying away anywhere. Paid very close attention to detail. They finished late afternoon and cleaned up behind themselves. Left me extra paint as well. There is a four year warranty on the job too! Mr. White helped me with the decision of exactly what paints I wanted and they blend very well. I chose a nice gray with black trim and went big and had my doors painted a fire engine red! Saw a few things I wanted touched up when he was by on Friday for payment and he sent someone out that very day to take care of. The house was painted on a Wednesday. I would have figured that a contractor would have been waiting at my door on Wednesday afternoon for payment. He gave me plenty of time to walk around look at and make comment. Was an extremely easy experience. The entire crew was courteous and worked very hard all day!"

"John is very friendly and professional, he and his crew are amazing and fast. I can't believe how quickly they got the whole house painted, and you wont get a better deal with anyone else. We got 6 bids for the job on our house, and his bid beat all competitors by a landslide. Most of the bids we got were for $12-$15K, he did our house for only $5K!! I still can't believe the deal he gave us."

"Our shiplap wall used to look awful. And I can’t count how many times painting companies knocked on our doors and asked if we want to paint the house. We always turn them away and tbh it can be really annoying. But what made us go with Keith? One day, Richie knocked on our door, and before I could say anything to reject him, he already disclosed his whole lineage - his father, his grandfather were all in the business. He made a great first impression so when we finally decided to paint the house, I made an effort to find their business card and gave them a call. The whole estimation process was so smooth and the price is fair in this market. Richie was very professional and gave us updates each step of the way - we know how many workers will be onsite at what time, and what they will do the next day and at approximately what time they would finish the day and leave. And the actual painters (very sorry we didn’t get their names) were very respectful to the place, and they are efficient and gentle! They rarely spooked my fearful dog even! I have a lot of flowers and plants planted against the wall, they managed to work around all of them without damaging anything, compared to the previous painters, where we could see they just directly left patches unpainted behind the plants. After everything was done, they cleaned up meticulously and put back everything they had touched. I’m really impressed! We will definitely recommend Richie and his crew to anyone who needs a fresh look on the house."

In process he ended up doing a complete remodel. There isn't anything that this man can't do! He even kept an eye on my other contractors to ensure they are doing a good job.
